Some projects need a sharp few weeks of perspective. Others need years of embedded work. We've structured four engagement models — Advisory, Engagement, Partnership, and Venture — to match the shape of the work, with the deepest of these built around shared conviction and aligned commitment. We work selectively, and our involvement is always shaped to the venture in front of us.

Advisory · 6–8 weeks
A flexible engagement focused on strategic guidance and critical decision-making. Suited to moments where perspective, experience, and external insight are needed to evaluate direction, challenge assumptions, and navigate complexity — without full operational involvement.
Engagement · 3–12 months
A defined, time-bound mandate designed to address specific objectives or project phases. Used for concept definition, repositioning, feasibility studies, or targeted interventions — providing clarity, structure, and momentum within a clearly scoped timeframe.

Partnership · 12+ months
A deeper, ongoing collaboration where Habitat works closely alongside founders and teams across multiple phases of development. Embedded partnerships allow for sustained involvement across strategy, creativity, operations, and culture — ensuring alignment as concepts evolve and scale over time.
Venture · Equity-aligned, multi-year
A collaborative model for select projects where Habitat takes equity stakes alongside founders. Reserved for ventures where shared vision and aligned incentives justify a long-term commitment — engaging beyond consultancy as a building partner with skin in the game.
