Values only matter if they're felt. We work with founders and leadership teams to define the cultural identity of an organisation — not as a poster on the wall, but as a set of behaviours, expectations, and principles that shape how people work together every day. This includes values articulation, behavioural frameworks, and the rituals and rhythms that reinforce culture over time. The goal is a culture that people can describe, recognise, and hold each other accountable to.
